FPL has taken efforts to build softwares / systems in every operations to deliver product of international quality.
SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is used in Process Control, Formulation Control, and Process Parameter Consistency.
APC(Additive Process Control) is used for total control offline additive - measuring, dosage, closed loop monitoring. Maguire pre-mix controller with sequence printing is installed for fine additives dosing which decides the properties of the compounds.
QA(Quality Assurance) is assisted and controlled with special programmed software at FPL which ensures total control over the product starting from raw materials to dock audit of finished goods. It has inbuilt traceability systems for products and processes. It is programmed to decide inspection level and frequency for every step to delight the customers with consistent product quality.
