fully automated production facilities at FPL include Toshiba, Coperion / W&P, Berstorff Twin Screw Systems, Gravimetric
Feeders for accuracy, online Dehumidified Dryers, full stand-by power generation, and many other provisions for
effective optimization to meet the quality demand in all applications.

The Capacity To Sustain Growth
FORMPOLY® range includes bulk grades, specialty compounds
and super specialty compounds like electrically conductive &
lubricated grades.
Production systems are designed to produce fairly simple
compounds to complicated multi-functional compounds. FPL
has established facilities to handle high melting polymers
such as Nylon 46, PPS, etc. The modern plant with multi
feeding facility includes gravimetric liquid injection ports
which gives flexibility to offer complete range of compounds.
Hand free automated operations backed by SCADA
(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) helps to control
all the process to ensure consistent quality to FORMPOLY®
range. Closed loop process control deliver products with high
consistency.
