FPL facilities include QUV tester for UV resistance aging analysis, modern Demag Injection Molding machines and a battery of testing equipments. FPL promises to its customers five days first sample from the day of signing specification.
FPL has established most modern pilot plants for carrying out research and development activities with compounds. Berstroff and Coperion lines have the capability to produce from low task formulations to most critical task formulations and from low melting polymers to LCP / PEEK. Exact replica line enables quick scaling-up in main production lines. This facility is also used for running smaller run for the existing customers.
