| There are various systems that FPL incorporates in its business. Be it manufacturing, management, process control or any other operation, the system acts as a strong base defending and protecting all the processes from the occurrence of errors at every point. FPL has taken efforts to build softwares / systems in every operations to deliver product of international quality.FPL is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949 for Design and Manufacture of Engineering Plastics Compounds. FPL facilities are also certified to ISO 14001 for environmental systems.FPL practices TQM (Total Quality Management) and has integrated them into every process to deliver customer, product of right quality and at the right price. |

| SCADA |
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is used
in Process Control, Formulation Control, Process Parameter
Consistency.
APC (Additive Process Control) is used for total control of
fine additive – measuring, dosage, closed loop monitoring.
Maguire pre-mix controller with sequence printing is installed
for fine additives dosing which decides the properties of the
compounds.
QA (Quality Assurance) is assisted and controlled with special
programmed software at FPL which ensures total control
over the product starting from raw materials to dock audit of
finished goods. It has inbuilt traceability systems for products
and processes. It is programmed to decide inspection level
and frequency for every step to delight the customers with
consistent product quality. |
